Because all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

a brief description
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within:
30 days of the estimated delivery date
All claims are reviewed and handled in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
